We are very happy that your company installed our windows and doors for us. Your crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did great work!! In particular, I want you to know how much we appreciate Mo's effort. He stayed with us until 7pm last week to walk through the work. He also ensured that the work areas were cleaned to the standard the way he expected it to be. He is definitely a keeper and takes great pride in his work.

Dear Aaron,

I just wanted to let you know that Theresa and I are extremely happy with the job you and your crew did with our home energy upgrades. Even though you were the most expensive of all our quotations, the quality of the materials installed, workmanship and service was the best I've ever experienced. Your product knowledge was far superior to any of the other companies we contacted, most of which never did more than measure the window sizes.

Just as an example, I had a Fluke 52 digital thermometer with two thermocouple probes places 2 inches (from the frame) on the outside and inside of our old aluminum windows, and during the cold spell this winter, there was never more than a 4 degree Celsius difference in the two temperatures. Now, with our new windows, it measures 4C outside at the moment, and a balmy 24C inside - fantastic!

Can you please pass on to Josh and his crew our sincere thanks for a job well done. Thank you Aaron and Shawn for the time taken to come all the way out here to talk to us, as it the decisive factor in hiring your company for the stage one of our renovations. Just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the work your team did in updating our windows and patio door. They look great!

The [installers] did a great job and were very professional. They answered all my questions without appearing annoyed or frustrated. They removed the old windows and door in a very efficient manner. They were careful when working in our apartment not to cause any damage. They installed the new windows and door with great care and attention to detail. They ensured that the alarm wiring was placed appropriately in the new windows/door to satisfy my requirements for multi-position alarming. The finishing on the job was excellent and they cleaned up perfectly when the installation was complete. You would never know they were there.

Also, thank you for applying the government "rebate" to our invoice, even though you were unable to get reimbursed yourself. One of the reasons we went ahead with the project was because of the supposed "rebates" provided. I will be sending a memo to the other owners in the building recommending your company should they want to upgrade their apartment windows/patio door. That will not only ensure we get exterior conformity for the Strata, but will provide me, as the Strata president, with some degree of comfort knowing that the building will receive a professional job.
