With extensive experience as a sales consultant and sales manager, Aaron focuses on making the renovation experience as easy as possible, which has resulted in a large base of satisfied customers who are pleased to recommend his services to friends, family, and neighbours.

With over 40 years of experience in the home improvement and renovations industry, Greg is one of the most knowledgeable staff at Ecowest. Greg manages all the operations of the company and oversees all our installation crews. He also helps coordinate deliveries of materials, ensures that any deficiencies on project sites are taken care of, and works with our customers to provide quality improvements to their homes.
On weekends, Greg enjoys fishing, golfing, and cheering for the Vancouver Canucks with his family.
Bryan has been involved in various aspects of the window replacement industry for the past nine years in both residential and commercial markets. He has worked alongside some of the leading architects and builders in North America, and possesses an extensive knowledge of home renovation products. Bryan has developed a down to earth, full-disclosure approach to the renovation process. His customers appreciate his skill in providing them with the necessary tools to make informed and thorough decisions.
Bryan lives in Abbotsford with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he is on the ice playing hockey, golfing in the summer, and he is an avid fan of Formula 1 racing.
Robb has been in the home renovations industry since 2004, when he began working as a sub-contractor building decks, painting, and more. Robb quickly realized that he enjoyed working directly with customers and took on the role of home renovations sales representative. He enjoys building a rapport with his customers and works with them to determine their needs and ensure they are happy with their home upgrades.
In his spare time, Robb plays for 'The Grillers' hockey team in Maple Ridge, or works with his wife at their restaurant, the Habanero Grill.
Over the years, Bruce has developed a satisfied customer base that encompasses both large and small-scale residential and commercial projects. Bruce supports his international studies in business practices with an honest, positive approach throughout each renovation project. His object is to provide homeowners with a professional experience and the exceptional customer service customers expect from Ecowest Renovations.
Bruce lives in Burnaby with his son. As a lifelong musician, he can often be found playing and recording music and teaching self-taught jazz theory.
Greg is responsible for communicating directly with our customers and suppliers to ensure that products and materials are ordered and delivered to project sites for installation. A graduate of the Business Management program at BCIT, he provides excellent service by ensuring our customers get quality products for their homes, and that each renovation project goes as smoothly as possible. With his strong organizational skills and experience in the field, Greg is a key part of our process.
Greg is a fan of the Vancouver Canucks and in his spare time enjoys walks with his dog, Cooper.
Rebecca coordinates the advertising and marketing campaigns for Ecowest. She developed the Ecowest brand and has worked with our design, print, advertising, and web partners to communicate a look and feel that customers have come to recognize. A writer by trade since 2002, Rebecca has studied professional writing at Douglas College in the Print Futures: Professional Writing diploma program and has taken courses in the Writing & Publishing at SFU's Continuing Studies program.
Outside of Ecowest, Rebecca works in communications and is a freelance copywriter for other business clients. She also enjoys snowboarding, music, and is an aspiring tennis player. Contact her through her LinkedIn page.
Ashley's extensive experience as an office administrator and bookkeeper compliments the sales, marketing and operational roles of the other team members at Ecowest. Ashley oversees the bookkeeping, organizes customer accounts, and manages the office.
When not at Ecowest, Ashley works as a Nursing Assistant at Ridge Meadows Hospital. In her spare time she can be found fishing with her husband on the dikes of the local Alouette River and enjoying long walks with their dog Hunter.
